Claudette Roehl

In addition to balancing the care of a five and eight year old daughters, and keeping her passion of photography alive, Claudette Roehl, joined Cultural Care Au Pair as a Local Care Coordinator in June of 2004. Drawing on her vast travel experiences and first hand knowledge of the demands of motherhood, Claudette’s experience helps bring childcare services and talented care givers from unique and diverse cultures together and aids in easing the acclimation to day to day family living for her clients.

Claudette understands the rich experiences of exposing families to different cultures as her family life growing up was a rich blend of influences from the Spanish, Italian, & French cultures of her family, and is committed to bring those benefits to her clients.

Claudette’s past experience as an event planner, serves her au pairs well as she has planned group nights out around Tampa’s new and trendier locals as well as days at the beach to foster both a group camaraderie as well as exposing au pairs to the highlights of the Tampa bay community on a regular basis.

Claudette is available as both a reference point and as a counselor to aid in easing an au pairs transition into a comfortable and mutually beneficial productive relationship with each family, following each families and each au pairs progress on a regular basis.

After receiving her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida, Claudette Roehl attended the Center for Photographic Studies in Daytona Beach in order to pursue her developing passion for commercial photography. Since Graduating in 2000, Claudette has had the opportunity to assist Pulitzer Prize winning photographer Colin Finlay on international assignments, work with renown lifestyle photographer Jeffrey Camp, studied with internationally acclaimed fine art photographer Anna Tomczak in Florence Italy, and is now based in Tampa, Florida associated with known commercial photographer George Salmon at Imaging Studio.
